Beatty, Nye County and surrounding areas now have a new option. The Nurse Practitioner will come to your location for your healthcare appointments! We are available for school, camp, EMS, Firefighter and FMCSA DOT CDL physicals. call for appointments. Due to our roving appointments we may be several miles away when you call. Telemedicine option now available all over Nevada, and in Idaho.
f you choose an in person visit, I will be travelling to your home, office, or other location you choose. I reserve the right to refuse service if I do not feel the location is appropriate for medical care.

Diane McGinnis DNP, APRN, FNP-C received her Master of Science Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree's from Touro University Nevada. She received her post -Masters Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Idaho State University. She has been practicing in a clinic in Beatty, NV near the entrance to Death Valley for almost 11 years. She has now opened her own business.
Your visit will need to be paid for with cash or check, straight ( red, white and blue card) Medicare or your Nevada Medicaid. She will courtesy bill your insurance as out of network, but you may have a larger responsibility for your bill than using an in network provider. She also has a sliding income based scale for uninsured patients.
Mission statement – Provide patient centered care to patients in their own space using a portable Family Nurse Practitioner who comes to you for your visit concentrating on providing medical care to patients in rural and underserved areas using both high touch and telemedicine formats.

After spending 4 years in Beatty providing full time medical care, I felt that there needed to be options for rural Nevadans to receive care. Now, 11 years after I started caring for patients in Beatty, NV I am still seeing patients for both primary and urgent care.
